We offer 12 months of secure work with training and other support to help you succeed, such as individual mentoring or workplace buddies. Some opportunities include paid study and a free qualification. We have many earn and learn programs currently running across a range of sectors.

Agriculture, energy and environment
We have rewarding job and training opportunities in horticulture, renewable energy and more. These roles offer paid training and may be indoors or outdoors.

Health, education and community services
Many roles offer paid training and the opportunity to achieve an industry qualification in areas such as aged care, disability support, health services and dental.

We’re offering dental assistant roles across Victoria. Full-time and part-time roles are available.
These are ‘earn and learn’ roles where you be paid while completing a Certificate III in Dental Assisting.
You’ll get:
- 12 months’ secure employment
- paid training for a Certificate III in Dental Assisting
- wages at or above award rates
- on-the-job support and mentoring.
Dental assistants are an integral part of the dental team. As part of your role you could be:
- assisting dentists with check-ups, fillings and other procedures
- supporting patients
- sterilising equipment.

Manufacturing and engineering
Jobs opportunities include production welder, machine operator, process worker, factory hand, metal fabricator, quality control officer, vehicle assembler and many more. Many roles offer paid training, apprenticeship pathways and workplace mentoring.
Fabrication and mechanical engineering jobs
Are you interested in fabrication and mechanical engineering? Jobs are available now in Melbourne’s south-east. No experience necessary!
You’ll get:
- paid pre-employment skills and work-readiness training
- at least 12 months’ secure work
- free on-the-job support from a workplace buddy and a mentor.
Jobs and opportunities include:
- production welding
- machine/process operator
- fabrication or mechanical apprenticeships.
These full-time, entry-level roles mean you can earn an income while receiving training to skill you up in an area of interest including:
- workplace safety
- hand and power tools
- MIG welding
- TIG welding
- CNC machine operation
- mill and lathe operation.
These roles include the opportunity to complete a free, nationally recognised qualification at no cost. Choose from a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or a Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade.

The transport and logistics sectors offer diverse career paths. You could work as a forklift driver, warehouse loader, heavy vehicle driver or pick packer. Many roles offer paid training and the opportunity to achieve relevant licenses.
We’re looking for people to work in the retail, logistics, hospitality and service sectors with multiple positions available.

You’ll receive:
- Up to two weeks of paid pre-employment training, provided as appropriate
- Support to obtain relevant pre-employment checks
- Coaching and case management support
- Material supports including PPE and travel
