Opportunities
We’re looking for women who want secure work in residential or community-based aged care. Roles are available in Bendigo, Mildura and surrounding shires.
No experience necessary! Immediate starts are available.
Roles include direct caring opportunities and supporting roles in areas such as administration, laundry, kitchen and cleaning.
These are ‘earn and learn’ opportunities, where you will be paid while doing free training towards a nationally recognised qualification.
You’ll get:
- work readiness support
- paid pre-employment training
- a secure job for at least 12 months
- on-the-job training toward a Certificate III in Individual Support
- mentoring and a support network
- the opportunity to work and study with other women just like you.

Disability support worker and aged care support worker jobs are available now across Melbourne. These are ‘earn and learn’ traineeship roles, where you will get paid while completing a free qualification.
You will:
- study for free
- get paid while you learn new skills and gain experience
- kickstart a career in a growing sector that needs workers.
There are two 12-month traineeships available:
Aged Care Support Worker
- complete a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) for free
- paid work for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Disability Support Worker
- complete a Certificate IV in Disability for free
- paid work for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

These are secure jobs for at least 12 months, paid at the award rate or higher.
